Each treatment plan starts with a careful assessment and an unhurried conversation. The choice of surgery, and of surgical technique, follows from the patient's condition, not the other way round.
Symptoms, reports and examination findings are explained in plain language before any decision is made.
Surgical and non-surgical choices are laid out, with the reasons for and against each.
Robotic, laparoscopic or open surgery is recommended only where it suits the patient and the condition.
Preparation, discharge advice and follow-up visits are planned as part of the treatment.
